Calls to international locations (excluding Canada) are offered at an extra charge and are billed on a separate line of your Time Warner Cable bill. Directory Assistance and Operator Services
Calls to Directory Assistance (411) and Operator Services (0) are offered at an extra charge and are billed on a separate line of your Time Warner Cable bill. Rates for domestic Directory Assistance (411) and Operator Services (0) and International Directory Assistance and Operator Services are competitive with other major carriers.

• Call Waiting lets you answer a second call when you're on the phone. With the press of a button, put your first caller on hold and connect with the second one.
• Caller ID lets you know who is calling before you pick up the phone, so you only answer the calls you choose to.
• Call Waiting ID combines Call Waiting and Caller ID when you’re on the phone to show you the name and number of your second caller.
• Call Forwarding allows customers the capability of forwarding his or her calls to an alternative phone line and receive calls forwarded to the alternative line
